Education, encouragement, opportunities and resources all lend a hand in building up young women to make informed, clear choices about their today and tomorrow. Options believes that well supported-girls BLOOM into strong and courageous women, when they are invested in and cared for.

Financial strain, socio-economoic setbacks and family issues can all prove to be stumbling blocks for a young woman to access essential hygiene items for her menstrual cycle. The BLOOM period project provides these items free of cost to individuals who need care in this way.

We have designed a customized, bilingual, volunteer experience for young people in our community to acquire some important work practice, life skills, volunteerism, and team participation, all while feeling GREAT knowing that help and support are being given to some of the most vulnerable members of our community. All this in a safe, non-threatening environment in the heart of Chateauguay.
Health, beauty hygiene, menstruation, mental health, creativity, healthy sexuality and so much more are covered In a safe female-positive space designed for youth.
This IG is geared toward preteen and early teen years.
Special events, like our anti-trafficking workshops in partnership with Disarm the Dark, touch on consent, coercion, online safety, grooming, sex work, and overall vulnerabilities.
Specialized, limited medical services offered in-house pertaining to STIs, pap tests and more.
